Ciprian’s illustrious career spans the globe, with a rich background in five-star hotels and luxury cruise lines, including the renowned Athenee Palace Hilton in Bucharest and Princess Cruises. His passion for creating memorable dishes and mentoring kitchen teams has earned him a reputation as a dynamic and innovative chef.
Known for his ability to craft exquisite main courses, Ciprian has developed menus that captivate the palate and leave lasting impressions. During his tenure on the prestigious Princess Cruises, he delighted guests with his culinary creations and spearheaded menu planning and recipe development across five locations. His commitment to excellence extended to mentoring over 30 kitchen staff, ensuring that every dish met the highest quality and presentation standards.
