A small restaurant hidden amongst the trees in Wickham, took its much loved home made Steak, Guinness & Leek pie to take on the Nations best pies at the British Pie Awards. Competing with almost 1000 others, The Woodman’s pie won over the hearts and tastebuds of judges, walking away with the ‘Highly Commended Gold Award’.

Our home-made pie is perfectly coupled with creamy mash and roasted root vegetables, drizzled in gravy.
